I had no significant experience in the restaurant business, as I had worked in marketing for a major brand.
I met the person in charge of the franchise network by accident, and he introduced me to the Kiosquesushi® concept. I was hesitant at first, but then I went for it, with a desire to become an entrepreneur and launch my own business in a growing and trendy market.

I was an artisan with a delicatessen in Brittany for over 15 years, and I was ready to make a change.
So what could be better than to come to set up shop in Blois, taking over one of the city’s largest businesses? After a few years of operation, I opened my Cornersushi®. I kept my very eclectic customer base, and they all were delighted with the products and the quality of Esprit Sushi.

Kiosquesushi® Amboise
We decided to open our own Sushi Kiosk and have it managed by one of our employees. With a limited investment budget, that isn’t always an easy thing to do.
So when we discovered Esprit Sushi and the franchise network manager helped us get a project that fit our budget up and running, we were operational and in just a few weeks, we started selling sushi.
